In line with Government advice, the centre is temporarily closed for face to face contact.

We would like to continue to support you in the following ways.

Via the Blog  –  we will post advice and articles on boosting your immune system and keeping well.

Via video – self- shiatsu, Do-in, stretches, relaxation, breathing and meditation techniques.

Cindy will be posting regular short videos on the website to keep your energy moving in a relaxed and harmonious way.

New Self- Shiatsu Supervision appointments – For clients I have seen before, these will be individual, one to one sessions of 60 minute, via video link,

The session will consist of consultation, guided focusing and visual diagnosis with a range of activities to reduce stress and support your immune system, such as Japanese Do- in, Tibetan auto massage, meridian stretches, breathing techniques, guided visualisations, relaxation and meditation. At the end of the session, I will check in with you and send you a summary of the session via email.


These sessions will be offered on a donation, pay-what-you-can-afford basis.
