I am a fully qualified, competent, ethical and registered psychotherapist.
I hold the Advanced Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling and am a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists.
It is important to me that every client feels heard, comfortable and supported during the therapeutic process. All sessions are centred in a non-judgemental and empathetic setting. Sessions are not limited to a set period of time, they can continue for as long the client needs, there is no time pressure or expectations, clients are supported to work at a pace that is comfortable to them.
